What this site is
KinCare Finder is an informational directory of in-home care providers. We are not a referral agency, booking service, staffing agency, or employer of any provider or caregiver listed here, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a provider. Using our contact form or a provider inquiry doesn't create any contract between you and us beyond these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site only for its intended purpose — finding and comparing care providers — and not to: scrape or bulk-extract site data; attempt to disrupt or overload the site; misrepresent your identity when submitting an inquiry or contact message; or use listed contact information for unrelated solicitation or spam.
Provider listings
Listings are compiled from information providers give us and from public sources. We label what's been independently checked and what hasn't — see how we verify. Listings can be incomplete, outdated, or change without notice. See our Disclaimer for how this affects what we're responsible for.
Intellectual property
The KinCare Finder name, logo, and original site content are ours. Provider names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. You may view and share pages from this site for personal, non-commercial use; you may not republish or redistribute our content at scale without permission.
Third-party links
This site links to provider websites and other third-party pages we don't control and aren't responsible for. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the site for anyone who violates these terms or uses the site in a way that could harm us, other users, or listed providers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. We'll update the effective date above when we do — continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
